To assess the compliance of the leader’s basic value orientations with corporate culture, a cultural value scale has been created, which is based on five principles of the ideal corporate culture.
This is shown in bias of needs and interest. That is the reason why value-orientation is the most important factor that directs a person’s motivation (Fig. 5). For a goal set by a leader for his employees, his orientation, personality, and values, the moral tenor is essential. The most tragic is the case when a qualified leader has an adverse mindset and leads his organization to a dead end and self-destruction. Even the most skilful leader, when lacking moral guidelines, will end up like that.
These experiments were the first to reveal the contradictions between formal organizational goals and informal ones, set by the group itself.
