NB Further details on transporting, setting up and checking apparatus are given in chapters 6–12. Chapter 6, on gymnastics, is particularly important. Apparatus not in use It is absolutely essential that, during lessons, apparatus that has been taken out but is not currently in use should be placed at least two metres away from the operational area, either on the ground or in designated receptacles, as appropriate.

If you feel that there are more issues to consider then add them to the list. If you are happy that current policies and procedures sufficiently address these points then no significant risk exists and a tick should be placed in column two signifying that current procedures are satisfactory.
